Attewell is a fast-growing Aerospace manufacturing business based in Hayes, Middlesex. We have a highly prestigious and demanding customer base, and we now looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to support our Customer Service department.

Role Profile
Reporting to the Customer Service Executive, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the processing of customer Purchase Orders, reviewing internal and customer queries and managing customer portals. This role requires liaising across departments for orderbook updates and working closely with the customer service team.
Key Responsibilities
· Carry out full contract review on all customers orders
· To process customers’ orders, ensuring the correct information is updated onto the internal SAP system
· Reviewing and processing customers queries, including the monitor and maintenance of the internal delayed file
· Regular monitoring of customers’ orders, providing regular updates to the customer and completion on key customer order books
· Answering customers questions-via phone, email, live chat or in person
· Proactively managing customers queries and internal queries/reports
· Carrying out weekly orderbooks for customers
· Downloading and acknowledging customer Purchase Orders via their portals

Qualifications and Experience Levels:
· Previous experience customer service/admin/sales/office environment
· Computer literate, with good level of Excel skills/abilities
· Knowledge of Microsoft products
· Experience and knowledge of SAP preferred
Working hours
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. Monday â Thursday from 8.15am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.15am to 12.45pm.
